You are free to submit content or create publications in any language you prefer. For the user interface, however, at the moment, we only support English.

Currently Differ is available as just a website and as such it supports all modern web browsers on any device of your choice.
Differ Glossary
Like
Liking stories on Differ is a way to let the author know that you appreciate their story.
Save
You can save stories that you want to read later. They show up in the Saved tab in your feed, enabling you to pick them up later. You can make the saved stories disappear from your Saved tab by clicking the Save button again.
New Story
The editor where you’ll be writing your story.
Publication
Publications are a way of grouping stories together from multiple writers usually about the same topic or topics the publication curates.
My Publication
The page where you can see your publications, or get the option to create one if you don’t have any.
Create Publication
The page where you create your publication, giving it a name of your liking, adding a description, selecting 3 main tags/topics, adding a logo, linking social media handles, etc.
Owner
A publication is run by a user who will be referred to as the Owner. Owners can design their own publications, set a description, delete their own publications, add writers to publications, remove writers from publications, curate, schedule, publish, and remove stories.
My Profile
The page where you see your published, submitted (to publications), or unpublished drafts.
Settings
The page where you enter or edit your personal details which will show up in your bio.
Story
Story users create and publish on Differ, they can be commented on, liked, saved, and shared. Stories can have up to 5 topics to categorize them.
Topic
Stories are written around a particular interest or a topic. You can follow topics if you want to receive stories about them.
Your Feed
Recent
We don’t use algorithms to recommend new stories to you. Everything published on Differ shows up here.
Personalized
This is the feed you have customized as per your taste. It contains published stories from the writers and publications you follow.
Saved
Stories you saved to read later will appear here.
Trending
Shows all the popular stories on Differ presently.
Featured
The best of the best. Six stories the Differ curation team has chosen to showcase on the platform.
Related
When you open a story to read, the Related section appears right under. This section shows similar stories to the one you’ve just read.
